Rebecca and I confirmed dates, times and locations. 
 
March 8, 22, April 26, May 10  each day is 9am-noon and 1-3pm
 
The 2 locations are Waubonsie Valley HS Aurora, IL 60504 AND Pioneer HS Ann Arbor, MI 48103
 
The athletes are welcome to go to either location on 3/8 and 4/26 - Rebecca at Michigan and I in Illinois. 
All participants, along with Rebecca and I, will be in Michigan 3/22 and in Illinois 5/10.
 
 I attached the an updated Zone calendar. 
 
 
As for putting in out there on the website, please do so.
 
As for the roster info, I'll be in touch again with Rebecca today about how to handle communicating to the selected individuals about who is on board with attending and paying fees.

Subject: Midwest Zone ODP Calendar

Dear Midwest Zone ODP Coaches:

 

I have attached your Zone ODP Calendar that is also posted to our website.  Please verify all information and make changes (i.e. coach information, tryout dates, training dates, and training hours) and return the Zone ODP Calendar by Tuesday, February 17.  If we do not receive an updated calendar by Tuesday, February 17, we will interpret that as all of the information currently listed is correct.  If dates change as the season progresses, please keep us updated so we can make the necessary changes to our website.  Also, it is important that your individual Zone website be updated with your Zone ODP Calendar as well.

 

A reminder that I will need tryout numbers within 48 hours of the conclusion of each Zone tryout (names are not necessary, only numbers).  We are in the process of making the roster available online but in the meantime, please use the attached roster for the selected training team.  The required roster information is highlighted in yellow but please include as much information as possible.

 

Rosters should be returned to me within 48 hours of the final tryout.
